Description:
JOY, describes a feeling that can be evoked within us in an instant. A habit of appreciating little moments of laughter and joy that bubble up, without any warning and planning can contribute more to our happiness than so many other things.
On 23rd of August, 2024 we celebrated JOY HOUSE DAY in our school. The theme of our celebration was "Joy in Gratitude".
The celebration started with a beautiful and well presented assembly in the morning. In the afternoon, at 2:30 pm, the programme began with a short prayer and continued with beautiful performances in the school hall which was well decorated by the girls of Joy House. Our respected Principal, Mrs. Seal, Sr. Banisha and the Coordinators were present for the cake-cutting ceremony. They enjoyed and appreciated the performances by the students and arrangements made by the Animators. A little refreshment was arranged for the students. By 3:30 pm, the programme ended by the house chant.
To commemorate the beautiful day, as a token of gratitude, all teachers were given biodegradable seed pens. Overall, the day was well celebrated and the girls enjoyed to the fullest.
