Today the Bengali girls of class 4 under the able guidance of Mrs. Kayal conducted a special assembly for the Junior Section on International Mother Language Day, as 21st February is celebrated as International Mother Language Day the world over.
The assembly portrayed the sacrifice of those who gave their lives for the language movement which became a symbol of the struggle for linguistic and cultural rights.
